  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (stores account data and practice results)
  • Vercel: Website hosting and analytics (collects basic usage metrics)
  • Stripe: Payment processing (handles credit card information securely)
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery
  • Anthropic: AI tutoring powered by Claude. Question and answer data is sent to generate explanations; no personally identifiable information (PII) is sent to Anthropic.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and practice results for as long as your account is active. Demo lead emails are retained for up to 12 months. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at support@clutchact.com.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. COPPA Compliance

We use minimal cookies — only what is necessary for authentication and session management. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous usage data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the ClutchACT service.
